~ Fall 2022 Awareness & Education Series ~

Supporting kids today does not look the same as it did 20 (or even 2) years ago.  Between technological advancements, social media, the Covid-19 pandemic and other factors, our community has had to evolve to meet the needs of our children and adolescents through a time of accelerated change and heightened anxiety. Falcone Institute’s three-part Awareness and Education Series was developed to address these important issues.

Session 1:     Communication and Language ~ Words to the Nerves
Wednesday, September 21, 2022

This first of three sessions focused on communication and language. Madeline Falcone, LMFT, CBP, takes you on a deep dive into how to utilize language effectively in order to foster an open and heart-centered line of communication. Learn about how fear constricts the body and the brain, how the resulting state of judgment leads to unhealthy expression, and how to become aware of the things that take us into that state of fear. Through awareness, we can learn discernment and enter a state of love, through which we are able to present our best selves.
