Summer 2026 Culinary Camp: July 27th ~ July 31st
Back by popular demand
This is not your typical summer camp. In collaboration with Chef Debbie Kornberg and Speech-Language Pathologist Sierra Titone, Falcone Institute’s Culinary Camp offers a small-group, collaboratively led experience that blends therapeutic skill development with hands-on culinary instruction.
Hosted in a professional kitchen setting, students learn real cooking techniques while building independence, confidence, and pride in what they create.
Each day is thoughtfully designed to combine skill-building with creativity, collaboration, and culinary exploration. Chefs-in-Training enjoy their creations at the end of each session, culminating in a Thursday family dinner, where students prepare, serve, and share a meal with their families in a meaningful, communal setting.
